are available to cover any employment openings in your company,
whether it is due to a special project, business expansion,
maternity leave, or just a last minute need. The duration
of the assignment (from a single day to indefinitely) is as
flexible as the terms, with options for temporary, temp-to-hire,
or contract. Regardless of the reason or the length of the
job, Parker Cromwell Temporary Service will select the most
qualified temporary individual to meet your specific needs.
There are multiple advantages to using
a Parker Cromwell temporary employee. It allows your business
the opportunity to observe a candidate's performance without
the risk of hiring a permanent employee, and if you are not
completely satisfied, you can request a replacement or just
end the assignment. The temporary employee will be on our
payroll which means all the costs associated with payroll
are the responsibility of Parker Cromwell Temporary Service.
We cover Workers Compensation Insurance, State and Federal
unemployment contributions, FICA (social security) and Medicare
contributions, and benefit costs. You may also put your mind
at ease regarding unemployment claims; again, it is the responsibility
of Parker Cromwell Temporary Service to handle these claims
because the temporary employee is on our payroll.
The screening process for our temporary
candidates is every bit as rigorous as the methods we use
for our permanent placement candidates. All candidates are
tested on the latest computer software applications; these
tests enable us to hone in on specific skill sets, and determine
keyboarding/typing abilities, comprehension levels, and understanding
of industrial environments. Drug tests and physical exams
are an option if needed.
